Riad Al Idrisi is a beautiful, traditional Riad in the heart of Marrakech's fabled medina. Dating back to the 19th Century, it has been newly renovated and is now a comfortable and relaxing Riad (a traditional Moroccan home centred around an open courtyard). It is a ten-minute stroll from the famous Souks and Markets and is situated in a quiet, pedestrian-only area of Marrakech.
There are four en-suite bedrooms in the Riad: The Park, Polo and Glenwood Suites are double rooms, and the Ibn Battuta Suite is a twin room, making it an ideal place for families and friends during their stay in Marrakech. A five-minute walk brings you to a handful of the best restaurants in Marrakech including Dar Moha, La Maison Arabe and Tobsil (click on "Where to Eat" for further details). The souks and markets start almost immediately and continue all the way to the legendary main square of Djemma El Fna. Rue Mouassine with its irresistable shops, cafés, market stalls and workshops turns a ten-minute walk into town into an hour-long experience not to be missed.
